In certain circumstances if the first delivery attempt to your specified address in the UK fails, you may be notified by DHL that your order is available to collect from your local DHL Access Point location. OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS
Please be aware that certain countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities
And as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. We ship under the terms of ddu (delivered duty unpaid).
Customers are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country.
Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty or if the product is returned due to absence of recipient will result in a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from the original payment along with any duties and taxes incurred.
At the moment we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation.
