RETURNS
RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE WORLDWIDE FOR ALL FULL PRICE ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SHIPPING. PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
EMMA HYACINTH PACKAGES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITH ANY PAPER INVOICES OR RETURN SLIPS. INSTEAD, WE ASK YOU
TO CONTACT CUSTOMERCARE@EMMAHYACINTH.COM DIRECTLY. WE WILL THEN PROVIDE YOU WITH FURTHER
INFORMATION.
RETURNS NEED TO BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMERʼS OWN EXPENSE. EMMA HYACINTH WILL NOT COVER ANY DELIVERY
FEES OR RELEVANT TAXES AND DUTIES IMPOSED.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. WE ASK THAT YOU RETURN THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE FOR A

REFUNDS
REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S METHOD OF PAYMENT.
ON RECEIPT OF A RETURN, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE ESTIMATE THAT REFUNDS WILL BE
MADE BY THE PROVIDER OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7-10 WORKING DAYS. WORKING DAYS ARE MONDAY TO
FRIDAY EXCLUDING UK PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, A REFUND CONFIRMATION WILL BE
SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKING OUT. YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL
TIME TO PROCESS THE REFUND TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

All Transactions are in EUR (EU Zones 1-3), GBP (UK) or USD (other countries). Standard VAT is included in all orders to the UK and Europe . We do not accept orders via telephone or email at this time.
CONDITIONS
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Any PayPal account used must be in the name shown on your government issued identification document. Emma Hyacinth reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.
Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, it may show a pre-authorisation of the funds immediately upon order.
