RETURNS

Returns are possible worldwide for all full price items within 14 days of shipping. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Emma Hyacinth reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Emma Hyacinth item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Emma Hyacinth reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

Emma Hyacinth packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask you to contact customercare@emmahyacinth.com directly. We will then provide you with further information.

Returns need to be shipped on the customerʼs own expense.

Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your countryʼs local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

 

IMPORTANT

We ship under the terms of DAP(Delivered At Place).

Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country. Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty OR if the product is returned due to absence of recipient, will result in a return shipping fee of USD 30 that will be deducted from the original payment and refund, along with any duties and taxes incurred.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
